What We Carry

Fair Trade Fish does not carry a huge assortment of fish at any given time. As a small operation, we are limited by space, cost, and our commitment to caring for every animal responsibly. Think of us less like a pet store and more like a farmers market or a good butcher shop. We carry what is in season, what we can source responsibly, and what we are confident is healthy and worth your money.

Our selection typically includes around ten species at a time, chosen because they are either more unique than what you would find at a typical pet store, or a significantly higher quality version of a popular species. Our inventory changes based on availability, collection seasons, and what our trusted collectors and breeders have to offer. What stays the same is our commitment to only offering fish we would be proud to put in our own tanks.
